- Goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days via Australia Post or Australian Air Express. No refunds will be provided unless the product is faulty, damaged or the customer has an allergic reaction to the product. In the case of a reaction, customers will be required to fill out a customer return feedback form prior to exchange or refund.
- Product exchange will be available within 30 days of purchase of the goods, provided the product is in its original condition and customers are able to produce a web receipt and credit card receipt copy. Shipping and handling are not included in exchanges and are the responsibility of the customer.
